1. REGISTRATION SERVICES

ABKC Office Europe offers a convenient online platform for registering your dog(s) with the American Bully Kennel Club (ABKC). We handle various registration needs, including:

• • Single Dog Regist. Register your purebred American Bully for official recognition and pedigree documentation.
  • Litter Registration. Register an entire litter of puppies born to registered ABKC parents.
  • Duplicate/Repint Requests. Replace lost or damaged registration certificates.
  • Permanent Registration & Ownership Transfer. Officially transfer ownership of an already registered ABKC dog.

Upon form submission and payment, we dispatch your corresponding documentation via postal mail.

2. Processing Times

We understand your eagerness to receive your dog’s official documents. Upon submission and successful payment of your chosen service, our team will promptly process your request. However, please note that processing times may vary depending on factors such as verification of information and workload. While we strive for efficiency, we cannot guarantee specific completion dates.

3. SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer secure shipping options using DHL to deliver your registration documents directly to your doorstep. Please review the following details:

Standard Shipping (Free):

This option provides the most economical delivery method. However, please be aware that standard shipping does not include tracking information. ABKC Office Europe is not liable for lost or damaged packages sent via standard shipping.

Upgraded DHL Shipping (with Tracking):

For added peace of mind and the ability to track your package,we highly recommend our upgraded DHL shipping options. We offer various rates based on your delivery location (see below for specific pricing).

3.1. Pricing:

• Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal, UK: €80 (VAT included).
• Austria, Italy, Switzerland: €90 (VAT included).
• Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Malta: €100 (VAT included)
• Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Reunion Island, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia: €125 (VAT included).
• Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine: €140 (VAT included).

3.2. Combined Shipping

If you are registering multiple dogs or submitting multiple forms simultaneously, please contact us to request a single shipment and potentially reduce shipping costs.

3.3. Alternative Shipping Methods

We are open to discussing alternative shipping methods if you have specific requirements. Please contact us to discuss your options.

4. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our services, once payment is complete, we cannot accept returns. This emphasizes the importance of double-checking all provided information for accuracy to avoid delays or complications in processing.
